Please join us for the 14th Annual Cowtown Oncology Nursing Symposium and support an event that will bring in more oncology nurses than ever before. The symposium will focus on priority issues and the latest clinical advances in oncology. It is going to be another great event and we look forward to you joining us.

This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of oncology nurses, infusion nurses, radiation nurses, palliative care and hospice nurses, nurse practitioners and other medical professionals involved in the care of oncology patients.

Are you a Non-Profit looking to showcase your services?

Become a non-profit exhibitor on Friday and support an event that will bring in more oncology nurses than ever before. The symposium will focus on priority issues and the latest clinical advances in oncology.

Exhibitor Information and Terms

Exhibitors will have approximately two hours of total exhibit time with the participants and speakers. It is anticipated that approximately 175 participants will attend. 

Exhibit tables are 6-foot tables. Electrical outlets will NOT be available. Supplementary rental equipment is the responsibility of each exhibitor. 

The exhibit area will be available for installation of exhibits on Friday, March 7 from 3 – 4 pm and Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 7:30 am. Coffee & breakfast will be provided. The exhibition area will officially open at 8:00 am. All exhibits must be set-up in their entirety and staffed by 8:00 am. Exhibitors and any additional set-up personnel must obtain Exhibitor Badges from the Registration Desk to be allowed in the exhibit area. Exhibitors are not required to staff booths during sessions. Exhibitors who leave excessive amounts of materials may be charged a fee of $150. Please note that these times are tentative and could change up to thirty days before the event and, if there is a change, you will be notified via email. 

The providers of this event are not liable for injuries to any person resulting from exhibit malfunction or negligence on the part of an exhibitor. Any table or linen drapery provided by the symposium organizers that is damaged or lost because of negligence by the exhibitor will be repaired or replaced by the exhibitor at exhibitor’s expense. 

Exhibitors will assume all responsibility and liability for damages done to the facility or its contents by gross negligence or willful misconduct by themselves or their agents. Should any violations of these guidelines or damage to the facility furnishings occur, the party responsible will be fined two (2) times the direct cost of repairs in addition to a $500.00 corrective action fee. 

It is recommended that all pharmaceutical companies exhibiting adhere to the updated PhRMA Code. 

Deadline for receipt of this application is January 18, 2024. If payment is not received by this date, exhibit space may be re-assigned. Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing and will result in a charge equal to 50 percent of the total cost of the canceled space if received after February 3, 2024. 

Any exhibitor failing to occupy space is not relieved of the obligation to pay full rental price for space.
