Please join us for the 14th Annual Cowtown Oncology Nursing Symposium and support an event that will bring in more oncology nurses than ever before. The symposium will focus on priority issues and the latest clinical advances in oncology. It is going to be another great event and we look forward to you joining us.

This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of oncology nurses, infusion nurses, radiation nurses, palliative care and hospice nurses, nurse practitioners and other medical professionals involved in the care of oncology patients.

Exhibit Time

Exhibitors will have approximately 1.25 hours of total exhibit time with the participants and speakers. It is anticipated that approximately 150 participants will attend.

Exhibit Space Specifications/Location

Exhibit tables are 8-foot tables and include a linen floor length drape. Electrical outlets will NOT be available.

Set-Up & Teardown

The exhibit area will be available for installation of exhibits on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 10:00 am. Lunch will be provided. All exhibits must be set-up in their entirety and staffed by 11:00 am.
